When Will My Order ship?

Orders that you have placed before 14:00 on weekdays will be shipped during the day. Orders placed after that are delivered to the cargo on the next delivery day.

Saturday and Sunday are public holidays and the orders you place on these days will be delivered to the cargo on the next delivery day.

For purchases made by money order and payment at the door, it is necessary to pay the transfer or pay at the door by phone by our customer service in order to deliver the order to the cargo. In this case, the date and time of receipt of the transfer and pay confirmation at the door will be considered as the date of creation of the order.

If your money order or payment orders cannot be confirmed or paid by paying at the door for 3 days, your order will be canceled.

What should I do if the incoming cargo is damaged?

Damaged cargoes should not be delivered and a report should be attached to the Aras Cargo authority. If the authorized person believes that the package is not damaged, the customer has the right to have the cargo opened there and to have the products delivered undamaged and to have the situation determined again with a record. After the cargo is delivered by the buyer, it is accepted that the shipping company has fully performed its duty. If the cargo has not been accepted and the record has been kept, the situation should be reported to DNCLASER Customer Service as soon as possible together with the copy of the record remaining at the Buyer. Our Customer Service will take immediate action to resolve the problem.
